Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Logistics & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring the smooth processing and tracking of orders from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all requests.
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Accurately enter and update customer orders, shipping details, and account information in the system.
- Ensure billing accuracy and maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Answer calls in the customer service queue; make outbound calls as needed for updates or issue resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, or escalate them when necessary.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Monitor orders throughout the production and shipping process to ensure on-time completion.
- Perform additional administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by management.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer
- Oversee the receipt, processing, and verification of information from both sales reps and customers involving product requests, and entering information into our system as actual orders when requests are confirmed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order fulfillment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management or ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
