YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our NON-EU team in BESTSELLER Logistics and work closely with colleagues across the logisticsorganisation.

Your team coordinates transport flows to NON-EU countries and handles the administrative tasks needed to keep goods moving. This means working closely with transport partners and colleagues across the organisation, as well as dealing with customs-related tasks.

We work across functions and rely on each other to keep the flow moving. There’s room to take responsibility for your own area, ask questions and find better ways of working.

YOUR ROLE
As Logistics Coordinator, you’ll support the daily flow of goods to our NON-EU markets. Your main focus will be on administrative logistics tasks, booking transports and following up to make sure shipments move as planned.

Your responsibilities include:

• booking transports and coordinating shipments with relevant partners
• following up on bookings, deliveries and deviations
• handling administrative tasks related to transport and customs
• coordinating with internal colleagues and external transport partners
• keeping an overview of ongoing shipments and making sure relevant information is up to date

You’re structured and comfortable working with administrative tasks, details and follow-up. You like keeping track of several things at once and take responsibility for making sure tasks are completed.

We imagine that you:

• have experience from logistics, administration, transport or a similar field
• are structured and detail-oriented in your way of working
• are comfortable working with different tasks and following up on deadlines
• communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
• are fluent in English, both written and spoken
