Logistics Coordinator

About The Role

We are looking for an organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, scheduling, shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with customers and suppliers, and keeping operations on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules
• Plan and update delivery routes and schedules
• Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and monitor delivery status
• Coordinate changes, delays, and scheduling issues
• Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation
• Enter and update shipment information in company systems
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate transportation requirements
• Respond to logistics inquiries by phone and email
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational logs
• Support daily administrative and logistics activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service is an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and logistics software
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Competitive hourly compensation based on experience

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
