Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and oversee export/shipping operations for Asia Oceania markets.
- Coordinate with external parties such as factories, customers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Prepare invoices and other shipping-related documents.
- Facilitate the submission of GST-related supporting documents to the accounting department.
- Verify billing details from service providers to ensure accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least GCE O Level qualification with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the shipping industry.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Possess keen interest in logistics and shipping operations.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
