Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our non-asset division. This role focuses on optimizing transportation solutions by sourcing and coordinating reliable, cost effective carrier servicses to meet customer requirements. The manager ensures operational efficiency, high service levels and compliance, while supporting the company's profitability and growth objectives.
Duties :
- Review and implement strategies to develop processes and performance utilizing KPI's
- Manage and oversee the logistics division's personnel, providing support/guidance, assistance training and coaching as needed
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve margins thru cost reductions
- Support sales personnel with transportation solutions
- Establish and develop revenue-generating opportunities with new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
