Loss Prevention Assistant

The Loss Prevention Team provide service and support 7 days a week. This is a varied role working independently supporting staff and preventing theft or disruption in store.
This role covers the following duties:
- Conducting patrol checks in-store
- Monitoring CCTV
- Record keeping and report writing
- Use of Auror System
- Aiding customers in-store
- Assist in training staff in-store on Loss Prevention
The successful candidate/s will have the following qualities:
- Industry experience in Loss Prevention
- Confident in decision-making under pressure
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in handling challenging people and situations
- Understanding that confidentiality is imperative
This role is approximately 24 hours from Friday to Monday, 2.45pm - 9.15pm.
This position could either suit 1 person or could be split between 2 candidates.
