You will be responsible for set-up, operation, and general maintenance of a machine, used to fabricate laminates, papers and films. Additional responsibilities will include quality control, completing work order paperwork, and keeping your work area clean and organized. Experience as an operator is an asset, but not mandatory (training will be provided). This position is for our full-time, day shift; Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform quality control checks to maintain high standards in production.

Duties

• Operating machines and/or CNC equipment according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance, including minor programming
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Handle packaging of finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and labeled correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve production processes.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating machines and/or CNC machinery.
• Basic knowledge in programming CNC machines and understanding controls
• Familiarity with machines and quality control processes.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
