Position -VMC Machine Operator

Key Responsibility -

• Operate and handle VMC machines independently.
• Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.
• Load and unload parts from machine
• Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures for machining operations.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, micrometre, height gauge, and bore gauge.
• Maintain component quality as per customer specifications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.
• Maintain production and rejection records.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments when required
• Must have knowledge of programming and operating machines with the FANUC controller

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
