Position: School Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs in the school premises, including classrooms, labs, admin offices, and hostel areas (if any).
• Ensure all wiring, lighting, switchboards, fans, ACs, and other electrical equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Carry out regular inspection of all electrical installations to prevent hazards and breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to any electrical complaints or emergencies.
• Ensure timely repair or replacement of damaged cables, switches, sockets, lights, etc.
• Assist in installation of new electrical fittings and appliances during school events and functions.
• Maintain an inventory of electrical tools, spares, and consumables and update the admin team when replenishment is needed.
• Work in coordination with the maintenance, admin, and IT team for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of electrical work areas.
• Be available on-call for any emergency breakdown or after-school hours events.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma or certification in Electrical work.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in handling institutional or building electrical maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and work under pressure.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
