Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including generator testing, elevator phone testing, emergency light checks, and fire extinguisher inspections
• Conduct routine upkeep of interior and exterior areas, including green space, parking lots, and garbage rooms
• Handle minor repairs such as light ballast replacements, drywall repairs and painting, sump pump inspections, and minor pest control checks
• Supplemental snow removal and rock salt application in conjunction with a professional snow removal company
• Remove garbage and recycling bins daily using a small tractor
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of general maintenance experience
✔ High school diploma/GED required (Technical/Maintenance program is an asset)
✔ Ability to work independently and follow instructions
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
