Position Summary:

A successful applicant for this position will be dependable, hard-working, and able to follow specific instructions with little supervision. Additionally, the implementation of safety standards on the job site is paramount. Reliable transportation and promptness is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe environment.
• Daily performance of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Daily performance of general cleaning and grounds care, painting, drywall, and floor care.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing over 40 lbs.
• Must be available for emergency call response.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Daily local travel between buildings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid PA driver's license.
• Must have the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• General plumbing, carpentry, and electrical knowledge is of benefit (will train).
• Must be able to work with other team members.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with other team members.
