Position Overview:
Our client hotel is seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team and ensure that their facilities are well-maintained and functioning at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of engineers and maintenance staff.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are in top condition.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the department’s budget and inventory of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak times.
