emeis Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Maintenance role to support our Maintenance department in Beneavin Campus ,Finglas, Dublin..

The post involves working as part of a team in the provision of maintenance support to ensure the cleanliness, security and safety of the overall facility.

Duties Include:

• Day to day maintenance support
• Delegate Assign task wherever required
• Involve/Support & drive the team
• Maintenance of the outdoor area, Fire safety systems.
• Updating equipment records as required
• Responsible for job completion (broken down equipment, callouts etc.)
• Participate fully in required training
• Repairs
• Painting, decorating, carpentry, electrical, plumbing
• Security and safety
• Conducting electrical Audits
• Inventory/Toolbox Management
• Basic knowledge on ticket management system

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Experience in a similar position minimum 5years
• Full clean driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• Painting, decorating, carpentry, electrical, plumbing experience
• All applicants will require 2 previous work references (including most recent employer) and will have to complete Garda Vetting before employment.
