Primary Function
Repair, maintain and service equipment, building and grounds. Other duties or special assignments may also be required.
Reports Directly To:
Maintenance Manager
Tools and Equipment:
As needed to complete various tasks
Reference Procedures:
All WAC policies and procedures as well as, any division’s procedures pertaining to the area assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles
· Repairs and service on building
· Assist Maintenance Manager with scheduling maintenance work
· Keep work areas clean and organized
· On-call responsibilities
· Assist with planning and installation of equipment of future expansion or change as required
· Document completion of preventative/predictive maintenance/repairs
Entry Level Requirements:
· Good written and verbal skills
· Prefer read, write, speak English
· Basic math skills
· Read and understand blueprints and schematics
· Able to work without supervision
· Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
· Industrial maintenance experience required
· Able to lift 50 lbs.
· Able to work in tight areas.
Indoctrination Training Required:
· Proper use of hand tools
· Basic data entry skills
· Quality Awareness Training
· QS 9000 Overview
· Safety Training
· All reference procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
