Maintenance Engineer
Summary: Repair and Maintenance Mechanical equipment such as engines ,motors pneumatic tools and equipment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate cause of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjusts functional parts of device and control instruments
Repairs or replaces defective parts
Installs special functional and structural parts in device.
Lubricates and cleans parts
Repairs electrical equipment
Qualification: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and /or Experience
At least three years hotel experience in AC , refrigeration , boilers and general maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
