Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Company looking for a full-time maintenance technician. Responsibilities include performing basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trouble shooting and repair work, basic painting, limited landscape work, assisting with snow/ice removal as needed and will be on call one weekend per month. Two to five years of related experience preferred, with a high school education or equivalent. Must have a valid MI driver's license and have a background check and drug test.

- Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
- Property Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
