As our new Management Assistant, you’ll be an essential support to both our CEO and CFO. Your day will be filled with variety, energy, and the chance to create structures where others see complexity.


Your role as a Management Assistant

As our Management Assistant, you will be a driving force behind our two directors, while also supporting our extended management team. Your workday will be diverse and dynamic, requiring a strong sense of overview, structure, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once – always with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

You will report directly to the CEO of DB Cargo Scandinavia.

You may expect a variety of tasks, where your responsibilities are:

  • Executive support and coordination: Handle organizational and administrative tasks for the Managing Directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, and follow-up on assignments from the CEO and CFO.
  • Meeting and communication support: Prepare presentations, templates, and documents, and take minutes for various meetings such as board meetings, management meetings, performance reviews, and ad hoc sessions. Ensure timely and high-quality handling of internal and external inquiries.
  • Cross-organizational collaboration: Act as a key point of contact to ensure effective and trustworthy cooperation with stakeholders across DB Cargo AG, DB AG, and DB Cargo Scandinavia.
  • Facility Management: Oversee Facility Management at the headquarters in Høje Taastrup.

Who you are – and what you bring

You’re known for your sense of order, discretion, and for getting things done – even when the pace picks up. You keep a cool head and a warm tone, and you take pride in your ability to create structure and clarity in a busy environment.

We imagine that you bring:

  • A vocational education in a commercial or service-oriented field (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk)
  • Several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., team assistant, executive secretary)
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English – and preferably a working knowledge of German
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
