The Management Trainee is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in various aspects of sales and business management. You will receive mentorship, exposure to different business functions and valuable experience to accelerate your growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, follow-ups and business management.
• Participate in structured training programs to learn about business and sales strategies.
• Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to drive sales growth.
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare performance updates to senior management during meetings.

Qualifications:

• Local Diploma or Degree Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or no experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Previous internship or part-time experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month
