Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality management, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas operate smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house activities.
- Supervise staff, including cooks and bartenders, ensuring they adhere to food handling and safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees in food preparation and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with our fine dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a management role within the food service or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, kitchen operations, and fine dining standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
