Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of control engineers fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.
- Driving the development and timely delivery of innovative electronic solutions, along with relevant technical documentation.
- Supporting the professional development of team members through regular feedback, clear goals, and tailored growth plans.
- Fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, including universities and research institutions.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to team expansion and recruitment as the organization evolves.
Background & Skills
- Preferably, you hold a bachelor and/or master degree in Control Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed.
- Strong communication and listening skills, combined with an inclusive and supportive leadership approach.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across functions.
