We’re seeking a Manager in Training who is driven, curious, and ready to learn. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Train directly with an experienced Regional Manager to gain hands-on knowledge in key operational areas, including scheduling, insurance, collections, production, and team leadership
• Actively support the daily operations of the practice, learning what it takes to run a high-performing pediatric dental office
• Demonstrate curiosity, take initiative, and maintain a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both patients and team members
• Gradually build the confidence and competence needed to lead a location independently in the future

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
