Position: Community Liaison Officer (Social Work Assistant)
Location: Dublin 3, Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days a week
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with social workers to address the needs and issues of residents.
• Assist in creating and implementing programs that foster a sense of community belonging among residents.
• Serve as a communication bridge between residents and social services, providing support and guidance.
• Help manage resident issues related to housing, health, and well-being.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure resident issues are effectively resolved.
• Coordinate with social workers and property management teams to ensure consistency in services and solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated care and empathy for residents.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications.
• At least one year of experience in social work, community outreach, or a related field.
