Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads).
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and optimize our paid media strategy across Google and Meta. If you live for high ROAS and love cracking the code on new algorithms, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2. Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
3. Performance metrics, such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR, shall be analyzed with actionable insights.
4. Make sure to stay ahead of industry trends and the updates that often occur with platforms.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
2. Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor.
3. Strong analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
