Annual Salary: €35,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Content Writing / Editing: 25% of the role
This part of the role requires the candidate to review, revise, format, edit, clean up, and otherwise enhance our course materials. A lot of this work is done in PowerPoint, so fluency there is valuable.

Everything Else: 25% of the role
We’re a startup so everyone wears lots of hats. We need someone who has a can-do attitude and is ready to take on any reasonable challenge.

Social Media: 25% of the role
The successful candidate will create engaging content, optimise company pages, and foster community interaction. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various social media platforms.

Conferences: 25% of the role
The successful candidate will attend relevant conferences in Ireland, the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.A. to represent the Allocator Training Institute.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Editing and revising content in our course program
• Acting as a representative of the Allocator Training Institute at relevant conferences
• Managing social media channels across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, etc.
• Creating and producing engaging content to suit each platform
• Support across the firm where needed

Candidate Profile:

• Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, Arts & Humanities, Communications, or any related field
• A can-do attitude ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the need arises
• Must have a passport to travel to conferences
• Must have great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
• A creative flair both written and visual
• A customer-oriented individual who is detail-focused, and capable of multitasking effectively
