Social Media Management

We are looking for a dynamic team player to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. As the Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will support and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth while managing our social media presence and content creation efforts

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Social Media Management

• Create and manage content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube to achieve business goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive, two-way brand conversation.
• Attend company events to capture, edit, and post engaging real-time content.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and social media updates to keep our presence fresh and relevant.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Grow and manage social media audiences with a focus on key platforms.
• Work with third party agencies to create and track social media advertising

Content Creation & Campaigns

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other departments to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
• Audit ILS Platforms (apartments.com, apartmentlist, Zillow etc) to ensure accuracy
• Develop content for multiple mediums—social media, email, print, web, video, and in-property displays (TV slides, lobby videos, etc.).
• Coordinate the full content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, design, production, and scheduling.
• Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design marketing materials.
• Assist in video production and editing for digital and social media platforms.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, and creation of print collateral.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, activations, and promotions.
• Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Other
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand company-wide initiatives and translate them into engaging marketing efforts.
• Willingly take on additional projects or responsibilities as needed.
• Manage our music system Rockbot configuring music for the sites
• Assist with new technology onboarding
• Travel to sites will be required (Dallas, San Marcus, San Antionio)

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); video editing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Organized, creative, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
• Video and photography experience is a plus
• Experience in property management or real estate marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
