- Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Configure and optimize SFMC features: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
- Manage integrations: Ensure seamless data flow between Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and other connected systems.
- Monitor and maintain data quality: Implement best practices for segmentation, data extensions, consent and compliance.
- Assist in Campaign Structure: Help the operations team to help in resolving technical issues, creating better structure for the campaign modelling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Act as the primary point of contact for SFMC-related technical problems such as Sync Errors, Tracking Errors, Mapping Errors etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to align technology with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to company policies and Salesforce best practices for data privacy and security.
- Stay current: Evaluate new MCAE Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, features and enhancements to improve marketing capabilities.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration best practices.
- Ability to manage data extensions, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Ability to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with MCAE updates.
- Experience in user training and adoption strategies.
