Description:
About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who is eager to grow into a world-class marketer. Supporting our senior marketing team, you will support a variety of marketing activities, assisting in the execution of campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support content creation, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials including catalogue, flyers, emails, and website updates.
• Manage inventory of promotional materials, ensuring timely availability for marketing events and campaigns.
• Coordinate communication and liaison with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Conduct basic market research, compile data, and present insights to support strategic decisions.
• Provide general administrative and project management support to the marketing team.

This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's northern beaches.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience or internships in a marketing environment will be highly regarded
