Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the institute’s courses and programs.
- Achieve student admission/enrollment targets through various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training partners, and corporates for collaborations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Counsel and guide prospective students/parents regarding course details, career scope, and admission process.
- Conduct market research to understand education industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth execution of student admissions.
- Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and achievements.
- Represent the institute at educational fairs, career guidance events, and exhibitions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
