Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets sustainability, helping us grow our customer base while promoting our environmental commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage social media accounts and build a library of engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional packages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials (digital and print).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Team with content creation (social posts, flyers, mailing lists).
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s sales and marketing plan.
  • Plan campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
  • Create graphics and visuals using tools such as Canva.

About The Role

Requirements

  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills (E-commerce experience is an advantage)
  • Qualification (or currently studying) in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
