Job Description:

We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidates will focus on promoting exclusive villas and high-end properties, ensuring seamless client interactions and aligning with the brand’s luxury image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in luxury real estate.
• Analyze competitors and strategize to maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed property presentations and tours to prospective buyers.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote properties.
• Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements.
• Lead Generation & Management:
• Identify and nurture potential leads through multiple channels, including digital platforms, events, and referrals.
• Manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Event Coordination:
• Organize open houses, property showcases, and exclusive client events.
• Represent the company at real estate expos and networking events.
• Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s luxury image.
• Work on SEO/SEM strategies to enhance property visibility online.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on lead conversions and campaign success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in luxury real estate marketing or similar fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, social media platforms).
• Passion for luxury real estate and a keen understanding of high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends and market demands.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
