Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Rural Marketing Executive to act as the primary regional engine for recruitment. Operating at the grassroots level, you will be responsible for building trust with local communities and channeling rural talent toward our central operations in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

Key Responsibilities

Grassroots Recruitment: Organize, promote, and manage 'Rozgar Camps' in assigned rural districts to identify and mobilize local talent.

Community Engagement: Actively engage and build strong, enduring relationships with local village leaders, Sarpanches, and key community figures to establish trust and credibility.

Candidate Pipeline Management: Act as the first point of contact for rural candidates, guiding them through the initial screening process and channeling them seamlessly to the central operations teams.

Market Mapping: Continuously assess the local employment landscape and identify high-potential village clusters for targeted recruitment drives.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of candidate mobilization, camp attendance, and community leader interactions.

Requirements

Deep understanding of the local culture, geography, and community dynamics

Fluency in Odia and regional dialects; basic proficiency in Hindi/English is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to confidently negotiate and build trust with village authorities and Sarpanches.

High willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹12,000

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
