We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with a focus on communications to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role can be based in Dublin or Uxbridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in internal and corporate communications to support key business initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering communication content that engages employees and promotes our brand across multiple channels.
So, what’s the job?
- Support the Head of Marketing Distribution in the creation and executing internal and corporate communication plans across the European region.
- Create, write, and publish engaging content for internal newsletters, email updates and social media.
- Develop communication materials to support internal teams, including LinkedIn content and commercial messaging.
- Brief and coordinate with external PR agencies to support press releases and media activity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually compelling communications.
- Manage distribution of communications across internal platforms and track engagement metrics to optimise impact.
- Work independently on key projects while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in communications or marketing, ideally with exposure to internal and external communications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent content.
- Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
