ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
As a Marketing Executive at CA ANZ, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on end-to-end campaign creation including content, digital marketing, and engagement tactics. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to implement initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and drive commercial growth of our professional development.. This role involves collaborating with the Digital, Performance and Optimisation team to analyse data and optimise campaign performance, driving continuous improvement and incremental growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the execution of marketing campaigns, including building and scheduling activities and coordinating with internal teams.
• Creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, content, creative assets, and email campaigns.
• Implementing and monitoring content across various channels, including social media, email, and web, on both organic and paid channels.
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance measures to ensure optimization.
• Researching market trends and competitor activities to inform ongoing marketing campaigns.

You will be successful if you:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Contribute to a strong team culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
• Are passionate about the member, leading to increased member engagement, value creation, awareness, and brand preference.
• Ensure your key deliverables meet deadlines, maintain quality, and meet objectives.
• Effectively and efficiently communicate marketing plans with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
