Job Overview

You will be working in our office on our social media (Insta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, Website) and growing our channels, and generating leads and maintain our online presence using software tools, strategies, and ads.

This job requires performance, if you do not increase the performance such as generating leads, increase views, creating and posting viral content, and ultimately being very good on the computer, we would have to look for someone who can.

We have a bonus structure for growth added to the company.

Responsibilities

• Post videos across all of our social media platforms daily, from multiple accounts
• Manage our ads to make sure they are performing, and improve the performance by setting up and tracking pixels, where the traffic comes from, conversation API, and basically increasing our leads every day.
• Know about Meta ads manager, google ads, YouTube ads, LinkedIn ads, Go High Level, Word Press, and Click Funnels.
• Come up with creative ideas of content to maximize outcome.
• Record us with our professional camera for the content (in or out of the office).
• Maintain our website using WordPress
• Work with influencers to promote our digital programs, as well as set up meetings and podcasts for us to attend and get our name out there.
• Create multiple Instagram and YouTube fan accounts and repost our content daily.

Requirements

• Experience in digital programs and marketing.
• Know how to work well with social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
• Know the big names in this space.
• Knowing how to work with Funnels, track data, improve performance.
• Know how to create, manage and optimize ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube)
• Be good and fast on the computer
• Know how to edit content
• Have a vision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
