About the Role:


As the Marketing Manager for Streaming & Networks in Denmark, you will support the execution of local marketing strategies for Warner Bros. Discovery’s streaming service HBO Max and our linear channels, including Kanal 5.

You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life, manage day-to-day marketing activities, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and in line with budget. This role is ideal for a creative and organized marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about entertainment, storytelling, and fan engagement. You will be creating campaigns for sports, local production and global titles across HBO Max and Kanal 5 in close collaboration with other teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for HBO Max and our linear channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

  • Manage campaign rollouts across media in collaboration with social media, PR, and creative teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

  • Create campaign briefs, timelines, and asset management for local and global initiatives.

  • Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Help maintain brand toolkits, messaging frameworks, and campaign documentation.

  • Support the planning and execution of local events, stunts, and activations that drive buzz and fandom.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning.

  • Ensure budget trackers are updated and maintained, supporting accurate financial oversight of campaigns and PO’s.

  • Champion the HBO Max and Kanal 5 brands in Denmark, ensuring all marketing feels relevant, exciting, and locally resonant.

  • Set an ambitious standard for creativity and execution, leveraging iconic IP, and enhance the quality, positioning and impact of marketing efforts, advocating for local priorities including sports, global titles and local production.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the global streaming industry, entertainment industry or large consumer brands.

  • Well-versed in running 360 campaigns – from development to tactical execution.

  • Experience working with creative and media agencies – including briefing and providing relevant, timely feedback.

  • A love of storytelling, creative ideation, and building global brands that endure.

  • Strong creative instincts – loves to innovate within the marketing space and bringing a fresh perspective on how to create awareness and drive conversation.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.

  • Fluency in English and Danish (another Scandinavian language is a bonus).

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
