Swift Hockey is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute growth initiatives across digital channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue, increasing brand visibility, and identifying scalable marketing opportunities within a fast-growing consumer brand.

Role Summary:

This is a high-impact position working closely with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that directly influence company growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and execution-focused, with experience in performance marketing and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions
• Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with overall business objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
