Introduction:
Gosford RSL Club is one of the Central Coast’s leading hospitality venues, recognised for innovation, strong growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Following the successful opening of our $50 million redevelopment, our membership and revenue have continued to grow, supported by a loyal and engaged community.

We are now seeking a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and contribute to the continued success and evolution of the Club.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Club’s marketing strategy and execution. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will ensure our brand remains relevant, engaging and aligned to our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive membership, visitation and revenue growth
• Providing brand stewardship across the Club and associated businesses, including our motel
• Leading integrated campaigns and promotions to enhance customer engagement
• Driving membership strategies to increase patronage and retention
• Monitoring customer insights and satisfaction to continuously improve the customer experience
• Supporting the development of compelling entertainment and promotional offerings
• Leading, mentoring and developing the marketing team

About You

You are a commercially minded and collaborative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality or a complex, customer-focused organisation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and empower a team
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• Creativity, initiative and a willingness to challenge and improve existing approaches
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
• Experience in graphic design or content creation will be highly regarded
• Willingness to obtain and maintain RSA and RCG competency cards
