YOUR ROLE

Are you a Marketing Manager with a passion for well-being and digital marketing? Do you get excited by the possibilities that technology can bring to employee benefits?

If so, you might be the Marketing Manager that Edenred Finland is looking for. We have a unique mix of B2B and B2C marketing and communication which makes our work extremely interesting. In this role, you can make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. As Marketing Manager you are leading marketing team and sparring them in their daily work. Half of your time goes to digital marketing, content creation, PR actions and marketing campaigns together with the team.

We are looking for someone with experience in hands-on work, working closely with the team and cross-functionally to ensure that our marketing activities align with our business strategy, sales activities, product planning and design.

Responsibilities

Managing 4-5 persons marketing team
Managing marketing budgets and campaigns (mostly digital) across different channels to drive strong return on investments
Ensuring successful planning, execution and optimization to all marketing actions and processes
Brand and tactical campaign planning, content creation and different marketing actions to all target groups, merchants, users, and clients
Leading and running PR activities

YOUR PROFILE

You have previous experience working as a Marketing Manager for 2-3 or more years. For us that means you have strong experience in planning, deploying, and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy and also some experience of leading a team.

You should excel in this role if you are/have:

Clear vision on what modern communication and marketing content looks and feels like
Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation based on the target groups, platforms, and/or channels as well as different customer journey phases
Can do -attitude with willingness to take responsibility
Data-driven & performance/results-oriented
Outstanding problem-solving skills
High standards of excellence and attention to detail
Agility to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction as business environment changes
Strong communication skills & ability to work in a cross-functional teams

Languages required:

Finnish and English: Fluent written and spoken. Most of our marketing is done in Finnish, but articles, white papers, blog posts, etc. are written also in English. Edenred´s official working language is English.

OTHER DETAILS

This is a permanent full-time position. We offer you a permanent contract and a salary accompanied by phone, lunch, recreational, massage, wellbeing and transport benefits and good health insurance. In addition to these tangible things, you will be part of a friendly, fun-loving, and international team of professionals. The Edenred Finland team is roughly 70 people strong.
