What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Strategy: Design and manage marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth, with a focus on digital and data-driven approaches.
• Understand the Market: Research market trends (SG and MY) and identify opportunities to position ITG’s solutions for success in targeted industries.
• Enhance Customer Engagement: Champion initiatives that improve the customer experience and keep them coming back.
• Create Compelling Content: Oversee engaging content for digital platforms that strengthens our brand and speaks directly to our audience, in partnership with the Regional Marketing Office at the Headquarters.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Work with vendors, industry groups, and partners to amplify our presence and expand our reach.
• Plan Exciting Events: Organize campaigns, events, and activities that inspire customers and deepen engagement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure our marketing aligns with business goals.
• Keep Things on Track: Manage budgets, oversee marketing materials, and ensure all documentation is handled smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B.
• Proven track record in campaigns, events management, and branding.
• Industry experience preferred.

Skills:

• Expertise in marketing strategy, branding, and communications.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage budgets and multiple projects efficiently.

• This role is under a hybrid set-up.
• Office location is in Marina Square, Singapore.
• Salary Range: SGD 4500-5500; allowance provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required)
