Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU DO
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, SEO, PPC, local outreach, referral programs).
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion strategies tailored to the business
- Measure and optimize ROI across channels.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team or work with agency partners.
- Partner closely with Operations and Sales to align marketing efforts with company growth goals.
- Own lead gen and customer acquisition
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 5+ years in B2C/B2B2C marketing roles, preferably within service industries (electrician, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Proven track record managing digital channels, offline channels, referral, and local SEO.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and ROI optimization skills.
- Excellent communicator, collaborative team player, and strategic thinker.
- Bonus: Experience scaling performance-based service brands.
