Internship Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Intern as of September 2025. In this role you will support our brand marketing team with operational tasks and project management. You will help with coordinating the marketing across all our online channels for a period of 6 months for 32 to 40 hours per week, we will offer you a gross monthly salary of €300- based on a 40- hour contract.

Note: This is not a creative marketing position, it’s focuses on the operational side.

Tasks

• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing projects.

• Assist on logistics and planning during product shoots.

• Assist in the execution of marketing events and activations.

• Help the PR team with lend-outs, organizing and structuring workflows.

• Support the internal team in the seeding and community management activities.

• Being up to date on all relevant media and innovation that could be beneficial to our brand.

• Assist with other ad hoc marketing activities.

Ideal candidate:

• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skill

• Strong skills in visual presentations

• Skills such as multitasking, managing information and creativity

• Well-organized, communicative and eager to contribute to team success, proactive approach; flexible, curious

• You are a team player

• You are able to work independently and show initiative

• You are energetic and ambitious

• You are taking responsibility of projects

• You are a fast learner

• You desire to work in a creative environment and develop a career within the industry

• Experience in Adobe and Fima is a plus

• You are looking for an internship for 5+ months for 32-40 hours per week starting September 2025
