About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic Marketing / Sales Executives to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client interaction, and field marketing. We're hiring one fresher and one experienced candidate (around 3 years) who are ready to work on the ground, generate leads, handle client visits, and contribute to business growth.

Travel allowances will be provided for field work.Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Develop and present proposals to generate new leads and partnerships.
• Conduct client visits and meetings as part of regular field activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities for growth.
• Report daily sales activity and customer feedback.
• Work closely with the team to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

• Strong interest and basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face.
• Ability to handle lead follow-ups and convert them to business.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work across the assigned area.

Experience

• Fresher (0 years): Must be eager to learn, confident, and have strong communication skills.
• Experienced (2–3 years): Prior experience in marketing, field sales, or lead generation is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Salary

• ₹25,000- 40,000
• + Travel Allowance for Field Work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
