We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with an interest in sustainability and energy efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with our management team to lead out on all marketing, and public relations initiatives as outlined below. The ideal candidate would be commercially aware, creative, and confident in independently managing all facets of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns (PR, Digital/Social, Content, Conference) with a strong focus on SEO and strategic marketing.
• Develop plans, monitor, and report on digital content performance metrics; make data-driven recommendations to optimise assets and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for new content and campaign development based on industry and competitor research.
• Collaborate with our management team to provide direction, develop concepts, and bring campaigns to life.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across marketing materials.
• Create and design marketing materials and promotional content for both online and offline use.
• Build customer engagement through referral programmes, client success stories, and strong networking.
• Plan, organise, and execute business events, such as trade shows, conferences, community workshops and webinars.
• Promote government grants and subsidies (e.g., SEAI grants) to increase awareness and accessibility for energy upgrades.

Qualifications:

Education: 3rd-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in marketing, or related fields, with the ability to work independently.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance competencies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
• Proficiency in website management (WordPress or similar CMS).

Additional Requirements Full clean driving license and access to a car.

Desirable: Knowledge or familiarity with the energy or sustainability sector.

Salary: Negotiable salary, commensurate with experience

Pay: €45,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
