Funactive Limited is hiring a Marketing Specialist with a focus in Digital Marketing as a full-time position. Funactive Ltd is a company that offers services in the group planning and activities sector. This office, based on The Orchard Road in Kilkenny City is looking for an individual that satisfies the following requirements

The main aim of this position is to continue the current marketing strategies in place as we come to an extremely exciting and positive year within the company. You must have experience in digital marketing and hold a relevant marketing degree.

The role has high expectations as the company progresses to become a market leader in its field. You will gain extremely high experience with a small team that all aim to work as a unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on SEO as an individual and continue to grow the Search Engine Rankings over time.
• Planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, PPC, email and display that deliver on agreed targets and budget.
• Responsible for all websites and the updates to the websites as the business evolves over time.
• Working with the Group Planning team to ensure a single cohesive message is sent out to future customers.
• Content Management – Develop digital content for marketing purposes/brand building.
• Operational responsibilities for all digital communications and updating/moderating Funactive Ltd social accounts across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Responsible for internal communications via digital platforms across all business units.
• Lead, co-ordinate and (preferably) create all imagery using relevant software to be used for social media imagery, digital advertising, website creative and input into the overall user experience
• Management of any Third-Party Agencies and collaborate with other teams/staff members, which is regularly expanding
• Analyzing the Funactive Ltd digital performance monthly including Website traffic and social engagement from, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Engine, and more.
• Support with the development of the Annual Marketing Plan.
• Fall into other areas of the business if and when required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• A highly organised individual who is mature and highly motivated. You should also be constantly self-educating with strong problem-solving skills.
• A graduate education within a marketing discipline and digital marketing qualification.
• Previous digital marketing experience desired but not necessary.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and highly creative.
• Proven ability to project manage and multi-task complex projects and deliver results through a self-driven and organised approach.
• Excellent IT Skills (Excel, WordPress, experience working with content management systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Search Console.)
• Preferably Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Preferably experience in building emails using 3rd party software and different customer journeys.
• Have a strong understanding and enthusiasm around technology, especially digital products and services.
• Have a passion for the Digital Marketing world and be results/analytics-driven.
• Knowledgeable in Website Design/Development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift with an unpaid half-hour lunch break.
• Monday to Friday, weekends may be required on rare occasions.

Mainly from home but would be expected to attend meetings in the Kilkenny based office periodically.
