JOB PROFILE

Mission / Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate for our Marketing Support role, to assist in executing impactful marketing initiatives for Filling Pieces. This is a role for 20 hours per week.

You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, PR outreach, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creative production. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing brand visibility, optimizing marketing processes, and driving overall engagement across various channels.

This is an entry level position.


Retail Marketing

Coordination/support of POS signage, pop-up activations, and PR seeding/outreach. Managing PR outlend, tracking stylist requests, optimizing processes, and assisting with PR automation.

E-commerce Photography & Content

Overseeing e-commerce photography, uploads, and content alignment for B2B and website. Managing stills production with our external partner agency and our photographer.

Marketing & Campaigns

Supporting campaigns, writing copy, track projects in our task management platform (Monday), and coordinating third-party requests for shoots and events.

Photoshoots & Production

Assisting the Creative Producer with pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production. Managing wardrobe, model coordination, and shoot logistics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (thinking level)

  • Entry level position

  • Highly organised individual

  • Proactive attitude and can adapt quickly to any situation

  • Social and can easily connect with people

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and help teams to achieve shared goals
