About this Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help us optimise our marketing technology stack and ensure a seamless transition from Pardot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation systems to drive engagement, improve campaign performance, and support business growth. Working closely with digital marketing, IT, and brand teams, you’ll ensure our technology and data systems deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will:
Support the transition from Pardot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, assisting with platform setup, integration, and user enablement.
Execute lifecycle email and SMS marketing programs to drive engagement, retention, and positive NPS outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable solutions that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and configure data analytics tools (such as GA4) to generate insights, recommendations, and optimisation opportunities.
Implement testing and experimentation methodologies to continually refine processes and enhance performance.
Work cross-functionally with IT and external partners to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.

We would like to hear from you if you are:
Experienced in marketing automation (Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), email/SMS tools, and digital analytics.
Technically proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable).
A problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
A great communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Passionate about creating data-driven marketing experiences that delight customers and deliver results.
