⚠ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
We are actively exploring potential candidates but are not hiring just to fill a spot. You’ll need to prove you have the skills, leadership, and experience to take on this position. If you’re up for the challenge — we want to hear from you.

DO NOT call to ask if we are hiring — you will be contacted after submitting a resume.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

We’re looking for a proven leader in the masonry trade to join our team as a Crew Leader or Foreman. This is not just a title — we need someone who can run jobs efficiently, manage a crew, and keep projects on schedule with minimal supervision. If you're just looking to delegate without pulling your weight, this isn’t for you.

We want someone who can grow with us — someone who takes ownership and understands what it means to lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on masonry experience (brick, block, stone, chimneys, restoration, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading a crew (6+ workers minimum)
  • Ability to run jobs independently, read drawings, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable delegating, motivating, and holding your team accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Valid safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, etc.)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

What We Offer:

  • $35–$45/hour based on experience and leadership ability
  • Overtime pay and benefits after 90 days
  • A respectful, no-nonsense work environment that values skill and initiative
  • Growth opportunities in a company that’s expanding

Key Responsibilities – Bricklaying & Crew Leadership:

  • Lead and manage masonry crews on residential and commercial job sites, including laying brick, block, stone, and building scaffold
  • Ensure quality workmanship and that project timelines are met
  • Take the lead on complex or high-skill portions of masonry work as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and site instructions
  • Delegate tasks effectively and maintain crew productivity throughout the day
  • Coordinate material deliveries, manage site logistics, and ensure safety compliance
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide practical solutions to keep the job moving
  • Report to the owner and/or project manager with updates, issues, and job progress
  • Set the standard for professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic on every site

This position is ideal for someone who:

  • Wants to be recognized and rewarded for their skill — not just as a mason, but as a leader
  • Is looking to grow with a company that values initiative, not just fill a job site
  • Is driven to build a long-term career, not just collect a paycheck
  • Takes pride in doing things right, leading by example, and setting the bar higher

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour
