Job Title:
Experienced Trade Laborer/Foreman

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, skilled Laborers/Foremen who can work hands-on across a variety of construction tasks—including hardscaping, pavers, siding, stone veneer, window installation, concrete work, decks, roofing, and general construction. The ideal candidate will be able to read drawings and perform physically demanding work. Bonus compensation is available for candidates who can bring their own established, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Labor:
• Perform hardscape installations and other construction tasks (pavers, stone veneer, concrete walks/steps, decks, roofing, etc.) efficiently and safely.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment as needed.
• Blueprint Reading & Execution:
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications for various trades.
• Follow project plans from start to finish, maintaining quality workmanship.
• Site Management & Documentation:
• Maintain a professional image on site and ensure that the crew meets safety and quality expectations.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, regarding project status and any issues that arise.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a laborer and/or foreman in hardscape or multi-trade construction.
• Experience working with slate, stone, pavers, brick, block, concrete, and roofing materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.35 - $28.60 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
