Seeking a top quality massage therapist to perform Thai massage therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue/sports massage, and other body treatments on our discerning guests. You will be able to demonstrate formal training in these massage modalities, and will offer the highest quality professional bodywork to our guests. You will also be expected to contribute to keeping the spa neat and tidy.
This position requires:
1. A Level Five NZ Qualification in Massage Therapy, or;
2. An equivalent overseas qualification, or;
3. A Bachelors Degree in any discipline, combined with at least three months work experience in a Massage Therapy role in New Zealand.
If selected for an interview, you may be required to give a practical demonstration of your massage skills.
As the role requires good communication with our guests, some ability in English is necessary.
The job is full time, but we will consider part time applicants and therapists on student visas. You should have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
