What’s on Offer?
Reporting to the Victorian Drafting Manager, this is a key leadership role within a growing team. You’ll lead a team of Masters Project Managers, Detail Draftees, and Masters Draftees, with a strong focus on team development, project delivery, and leading through change.
As the team transitions from ArchiCAD to Revit, you’ll guide the implementation of new systems and workflows, support capability uplift, and prepare the team for future growth. You’ll also ensure alignment with National Masters standards and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused drafting outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing drafting team through a period of transformation
- Manage the transition from ArchiCAD to Revit, embedding new systems and processes
- Oversee project delivery and workflow management aligned to business goals
- Ensure compliance with National Masters standards and quality assurance
- Collaborate across departments to support product delivery and customer experience
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering capability and career growth
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in drafting or technical teams
- Strong project management and change leadership capabilities
- Experience with Revit (essential) and ArchiCAD
- Understanding of National Masters standards and compliance requirements
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
- Relevant qualification and/or Building degree
